Dr. Kuiljeit Uppaal the ‘World’s First Image Scientist’ from India was honoured with the ‘Bharat Gaurav Award’ for exemplary work in the global society, at the National Women Pride Awards in New Delhi on 19^th March 2021. The award was presented by Shri Faggan Singh Kulaste, Union Minister of State, Ministry of Steel.

Dr. Kuiljeit has been honoured with several national and international awards for excellence and exemplary work in the world of innovation, education and social impact globally, including the prestigious ‘World Innovation Award – Hall of Fame Honour’ 2019; ‘Innovative Education Leadership Award for Excellence in Social Innovation & Global Impact’ 2019’; World Education Award 2018 for Innovation; ‘Global Woman of Worth’ Honour 2021, ‘Shiksha Bharati Award’ 2020, ‘Naari Udyamita Puraskar’ 2018, ‘National Icon 2020’and has also been conferred with the esteemed honour of ‘Karmaveer Chakra Award’ by the United Nations and iCongo. 

Her in-depth research and contribution over the years in academia and the areas of persona and image management, life skills and strategic self-management; as well as her invention PIQ, the world’s first-ever Persona and Image Quotient; and scientifically devised concepts of PRIM, PRIMEA and D-PRIM have been a significant body of work that has brought about a huge impact on thousands of individuals from all walks of life across India and globally, in building their self-worth and confidence, personality, image and management skills.

Dr. Kuiljeit has been awarded with the revered honour of ‘Genius Polymath’ being an Image Scientist, an Aviator, an Author, an Entrepreneur, a Creative Director and an Educationist amongst other roles that she performs. This amazing Impact Strategist has made India proud in her area. Apart from being a thought leader and inspirational humanitarian, she is passionate about the holistic development of the youth and women empowerment, especially for those from relatively economically challenged background. She is on her mission ‘Prim Worldwide: Mission Possible’, to make a powerful difference to the persona and image of individuals and enhance life skills across the globe. With over 3 decades of work experience in multiple industries, as well as being an Advisor or Office Bearer of many women organisations around the world, she works towards bringing about policies and creating a robust ecosystem for the empowerment of women globally.

She has authored and co-authored several research papers, book chapters and books on various subjects. Her recent book ‘Prim & Powerful’ which is based on her area of scientific expertise, is a ‘first of its kind ever’ book aimed towards helping global citizens to unleash their true potential and become a more evolved and incredible version of themselves, through simple, but powerful techniques. The book helps them realise the need to identify, understand and develop their persona and image, as well as reinvent themselves to a more authentic and influential version from the inside, as well as the outside. The book has been planned to be in perfect alignment with Aatmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyaan for the young crop and professionals of India, as she aspires to see a robust India that is socially conditioned and capable to cope with life’s diverse challenges, in a highly potent and effective manner.
